Helioscreen Tailored combines the experience and expertise of a weaver with that of a fabricator. This vertical integration means that we are completely connected to our product. We know the production process and the technical advantages of screen through and through, which we take into account when making tailor-made covers. As a result, the technical possibilities for the production of our fabric covers increase considerably. Ultimately, we offer you more expertise, more advice and more insight into the final product.
We create a specific and personalised technical file for each customer. This includes all product details that the customer has carefully recorded. Surface, width, height, application form and finishes are discussed and determined. So no standard solutions, just custom-made products based on your preferences. The DNA of your product is in our database. This way, the production process not only runs smoothly, but also fully automated. Of course, there is still room for exceptions, should you want something different.
Each product has generic specifications and photometric data. These are extensively tested and verified. However, we go one step further. In our Hoist Test Centre, we hoist the screen fabrics to a height of 8 metres. This way, we test how the fabric behaves in a real environment. We verify whether or not it meets the technical specifications. After the test, we can give an improved tolerance advice. This gives us, and you, the certainty that your product will effectively meet your requirements.
A service level agreement is self-evident. For us, it is more about the 'achievement', the effective implementation of the agreement. Beforehand, we determine together the level of service and technology that must be achieved. We then ensure that this level is absolutely met. However, this level is not the same for everyone. We therefore offer three levels: essential, custom and tailored fit.
The exchange of production data is completely electronic. The customer enters the desired dimensions of the window in his order system, together with an image file. The data enters our system. Depending on the type of fabric chosen, any necessary corrections are made before we go into production. Our Electronic Data Interchange system saves a lot of time, both for you and for us. We also make the production process more flexible and more efficient.
In our workshop driven craftspeople ensure that we can be proud of our products every day. They know their fabrics and machines in fine detail and provide solution-oriented ideas for new applications. This way you get the best finished cover for your sun protection.
We optimise the production process in such a way that cutting waste is minimised. Production waste is first of all reused, both internally and externally. We make bags from large pieces of fabric to put production waste in. If the waste really cannot be reused, then our recycling chain starts. Because of all the previous steps, waste disposal is minimal. Even then, we still ensure controlled and standardised waste processing.
