For a long time, only insiders in the solar shading industry knew that Helioscreen Fabrics had a fabricator department. Now we are going public. We do not strive to be the biggest, but to be the best. Here are a few facts about Helioscreen Tailored:

• Did you know that... Helioscreen Tailored is the fourth largest manufacturer of tailor-made covers in the market? Not bad for our relatively small team.
• Did you know... that we provide training for customers who want to manufacture covers from our fabrics themselves? Be sure to ask us about the possibilities.
• Did you know... that we use a different cutting technique depending on the type of fabric? We have cutting tables for crush and ultrasonic cutting.
• Did you know... we use different types of welding machines? Some are thermal, some are high-frequency.
• Did you know that... our fabricator department also acts as a knowledge and test centre for the weaving department? We test all newly created fabrics for their ability to be made into performant tailor-made covers.
